Holidays Are Merry… But Watch Out For Unexpected Skin Problems

If you’re like the majority of Americans, you don’t eat as many healthy foods as you should during the holiday season.  In fact, I’m willing to bet you eat more than your fair share of cookies, candies and other goodies at this time of year and don’t save room for the veggies.

Another not-so-healthy habit that comes about this time of year is excess drinking.  When you substitute alcohol – even egg nog – for your normal intake of pure fresh water, it will most definitely show on your skin.  Hydration is an absolute must for glowing skin.

Have fun times but remember to take care of yourself too.  After all, those family pictures will be around for years to come… you want to look your absolute best!
